Please revert me back with updated copy of resume, rate and contact number. *Position Title: Business Analyst (Fixed Income)* *Location: NYC, NY* *Duration: 12 Month Contract* *Interview: Phone + Face to Face* *Job Description:* • Manage resolution of service delivery - escalate issues, lead service recovery teams, ensure that root-cause analysis is conducted. • Ensure internal support processes are understood, documented, validated, updated & communicated to key stakeholders. • Timely reporting, with respect to: Support Status; Incident Management; Time Management. • Perform assigned responsibilities in a professional manner, and in accordance with company policy. Education/Work Experience/Designations The successful candidate will exhibit skills and competencies in the following areas: Required • Proven Fixed Income product expertise. Knowledge of Treasuries, Agencies, Futures, and MBS is highly preferred.
