*Position:** Biztalk Developer*

*Location: Long Island, NY*

*Duration:6+ months*



Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills

•Design, customize, develop and test BizTalk services in a multi-tier
software systems environment
•Demonstrate commitment to software development best practices, including
documentation, reusable code design, test driven implementation and
integrated software testing
•Interact with BizTalk team to ensure code fits design and configuration
requirements
•Ensure system errors and anomalies are investigated and resolved
•Takes initiative for identifying process improvements and application
enhancements
•Experience in the airline industry
•Thorough understanding of travel ecosystem ; Airline, Hospitality, Car
rentals, GDS, Online travel agencies, Role of SITA & ARINC and Role of IATA
•Experience in implementing key business processes in travel industry
•Experience in implementing application products in the travel industry ;
be it from SITA, Sabre or others
•Experience in implementing solutions using OTA specification

Roles and responsibility

•7+ years of development experience with BizTalk
•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
•Experience with BizTalk 2010 development and messaging design patterns,
orchestrations, pipelines, adapters and convoys
•Experience with MS SQL Server
•Experience in C#, .NET, ASP.NET <http://asp.net/>, XML, XSLT and JSON
•Good knowledge of MS technologies: TFS and SharePoint
•Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) experience
•Knowledge of Web Services (SOAP/WSDL) Restful state services, Windows
Communications Foundation (WCF)
•Experience with SSRS and SharePoint integration
•Experience integrating with real-time and web services interfaces
•BizTalk Developer certification a plus

Desirable Technical / Functional Skills

The BizTalk Developer will be primarily responsible for creating new and
modifying existing software applications. This position will be a primary
contributor in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and
supporting all types of applications consistent with the established
specifications and business requirements in order to deliver business
value.
