*Sr. QA Test Lead *

*Loc of work: Plano, TX*

*Only GC, EAD GC and USC*

*Rate: $45/hr C2C*



Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related
field or substituted with 5+ years of relevant Performance Testing or
Performance Engineering experience

Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and orally (status reports,
test plans, test completion reports, SLT meetings, MBRs)

Demonstrated experience with various project management methodologies,
including Agile methodologies and supporting techniques (e.g. Test Driven
Development and continuous integration processes), packaged system
implementations, automation, and traditional specification-driven
approaches.

Ability to work with across functional teams utilizing agile project
methodology and tools.

Minimum of 3+ years in a Test Lead role.

Must have well rounded testing skills with a firm understanding of
performance testing methodologies, functional end to end testing, system
testing, batch processing, user acceptance testing, and regression.

Solid experience with HP Quality tools (ALM/Quality Center, Performance
Center, LoadRunner, Sitescope)

Experience with a variety of test tools and software testing practices,
including developing, implementing, maintaining and managing automated
performance testing systems and environments.

Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.  Experience working
with geographically distributed teams, including offshore.

Solid understanding how systems/applications utilize system resources like
CPU and memory.



Preferred skills:

5+ years’ experience performing Quality Assurance functions with
demonstrated experience in Software Development Lifecycle quality deliver
with direct leadership experience.

Demonstrated experience with business processes and related systems
supporting either Commercial Bank, Retail Bank, Credit Card or Finance
industries

5+ years’ experience performing full time Performance Testing functions.

Minimum of 2+ years in a Sr Test Lead role overseeing multiple applications
or projects and coordinating work for a team of testers (onshore/offshore
mix)

Experience in performance testing, prototyping, bottleneck analysis,
statistical analysis, capacity modeling, performance driven design,
profiling, availability management, and troubleshooting.

Experience leading ambiguous situations, dealing with IT issues and coming
up with effective solutions to ensure project deliverables on time.

Strong collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills – working with
customers to prioritize competing work

Ability to handle multiple large projects simultaneously.

Technical certifications for Performance Center/Load Runner, SiteScope, and
one or more application profiling tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics,HP
Diagnostics, CA APM.
