Description:
The ideal candidate demonstrates an aptitude and appetite for learning new
technologies, and applying this to provide solutions in our vertical
healthcare solution (Healthcare Services Exchange - HSX) inside a number of
Cloud Data Center infrastructures. Area of responsibility will include
assisting development partners and Alpha/Beta customers to resolve
network/connectivity/VPN type of issues, on-site or remotely. This
candidate will also have the opportunity to work with our development team
to understand Cloud-based software stacks and it’s related services
components.
This is a great opportunity for someone with patience and an empathetic
view of our most strategic customer to hone their skills and advance their
career providing value to customers while working with an industry leader
in technology. In this role you will troubleshoot and triage technical
issues for HSX – Healthcare Services Cloud Solutions (service cloud) with a
backend Data Center with a number of net new client end-points focusing on
Application environments.

Required Qualifications:

*Deliverables:*
Working with customer application and network security teams to establish
B2B secure connectivity between hybrid clouds.
Working with Alpha/Beta customers to deploy secure cloud-based appliance
connecting back to main Data Center. Working with Services team and
Engineering team to design, architect and document new service activation.
Document service deployment plans with templates, workflows and document
all repeatable methodologies to drive service automation.
*Desire Skills:*
Able to analyze, use and configure medium to large networks
•Proven crisis management skills
•Excellent verbal communication skills--these skills are essential for this
engineering role as some work being done is through remote communication.
•Very strong Problem Solving skills, and ability to determine root cause
and determine resolution for previously unknown problems
•Ability to drive recreates remotely--Many issues result in the engineer
needing to perform a recreate of the customer problem in order to isolate
the issue and resolve.
•Good organizational skills. This position requires that the Network
Consulting Engineer is able to prioritize his/her workload and manage
customer commitments independently.
•Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Able to work effectively with
and provide guidance to other NCE team members and development and QA.
This results in very strong teamwork which has proven to be successful in
driving Issues to Resolution quickly.
