USG direct client is looking for *Java Developer with Solr *at *Washington DC* *Job Description:-* · Good in Java (6+ years of experience should be fine as java is currently used by me to program another tool) · Knowledge of Solr search engine (this is where I work on a day to day basis . Java helps me to program Solr more efficiently). · Use of Nutch to crawl is an added advantage but if a person knows Solr s/he can pick this up. · Knowledge of web services · Good communication skills · Client management skills · Work in onsite and offshore model.
