Please share me your consultant profile matching the below skills. *Job Title :: Hadoop Administrator* *Location :: San Jose CA* *Duration :: Long Term Contract* • Extensive IT experience in software development & production support in Data Warehousing/ETL, Big Data and Hadoop. • Experience in Hadoop installation including setting up and configuring (Multi-Node) cluster. • Good experience on Map Reduce, Hive and Pig. • Hands on experience in installing and configuring Hadoop & Hadoop eco system components like Pig, Hive. • Worked on Multi Clustered environment and setting up Hadoop eco system. • Analyzing data using Hive QL, PIG Latin and custom Map Reduce programs. • Optimizing HQLs for better performance. • Good knowledge on Map Reduce Framework & HDFS Architecture. • Good knowledge in Hadoop Shell Commands. • Having Working Knowledge on Sqoop and Flume for Data Processing. • Having good working Knowledge on UNIX Commands and Oracle. • Working on tickets, resolving generic and runtime failures/issues that come up in production jobs. • Writing automation scripts to reduce manual intervention in different support activities. • Analyzing client’s requirements, preparing design models, writing scripts for production job design and preparing various use cases. • Analyzing and translating business requirements to technical requirements and architecture. • Working on pre-processing of data from upstream while designing the Extract part of the ETL job in concern. • Working on automation of various processes so as to ease the understanding of different phases of SDLC like Development, Testing, Implementation and Maintenance phase.
