Role : Facets Business Analyst Location : Indianapolis, IN Duration :12+ Months Contract Interview : Phone +Skype Skills : . 5 or more years of experience working in the Health Care Industry – understanding and working knowledge of the following: The Medicare program in general; experience with Change Requests (CRs). Working knowledge of Medicare systems is a bonus, but not required: Fiscal Intermediaries, Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs), or Other Medicare Systems. 3 or more years of experience with external partners, Excellent writing skills. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – understanding of CaQH Core Operating Rules. Understanding and working knowledge of – A National Automated Clearinghouse Association (NACHA) standard 820 format (ASC X12 820 Payment Order/Remittance). Experience with CMMI level 4 is preferred but not required. IT Business Analyst Overview: Knowledge of and expertise in Finance Business Analysis, software design development, and data analysis/extraction solutions. The candidate who fills this position must be an experienced Business Analyst whose experience includes, but is not limited to, the following: Builds and maintains strong relationships with Business and IT partners. Identifies opportunities to support business activities. Leads the high-level requirements development process. Documents complex system requirements for front-end web applications and backend web services, SOAP UI, web services. Supports elicitation/development of detailed business requirements for large complex reconciliation solutions with multiple integration points. Serves as SME for reconciliation effort between multiple systems. Partners with Business Managers and directors on business opportunities and solutions. Supports development of customer strategy plans and technology solutions to meet business requirements. Anticipates and identifies customer needs and matches products and services to facilitate the fulfillment of those needs. Provide guidance and expertise on highly complex issues. Provide expertise into testing plans and scripts on complex solutions. Specific Skills and Experience Required: 5 years of extensive experience working with the front end and back end of Financial and Payment web application systems.
