*Rates: $50* *Duration: 6 months +* *Interview: phone & SKYPE* *Experience with Informatica, PeopleSoft, or Siebel is a plus **** Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Works from specifications to develop or modify moderately complex software programming applications Assists with design, coding, debugging and tests functionality as assigned including new development enhancements and fixes. Contributes to the development and maintenance of application architecture to ensure all development conforms to standards Collaborates with internal partners to identify business opportunities and solve business problems Identify areas for improvement, propose solutions, and drive efforts to implement identified improvements Analyze common production issues and system performance concerns and provide proposals to mitigate issues Provide application support on a including trouble shooting issues, leading technical investigations and supporting mission critical platforms in a demanding 24/7 environment for Informatica, PeopleSoft, Online, Siebel and Tandem Reporting Triage and troubleshoot complex technical or business-case problems, will eventually participate in on-call pager rotation Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: BS/BA with 3+ years experience A bachelor degree in Engineering or Computer Science is a plus. Combination of related experience and education will be considered. Expertise with HTML, JSP and Javascript is desired. Experience with web services development desired. Experience with Oracle and PL/SQL. Experience with jQuery and CSS is desired. Experience with Spring framework is desired. Experience with an automated unit testing framework, such as JUnit. Experience with an IDE tool such as IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse. Experience with object oriented design is a plus. Experience with a Persistence framework a plus, Hibernate, MyBatis. WSDL design experience a plus. *Experience with Informatica, PeopleSoft, or Siebel is a plus* Ability to communicate problems & solutions clearly to teammates and users.
