*PMO/Project Manager Consultant – US Risk and Finance Change Management (CCAR Program Management Office)*
*New York, NY* *6+ Months- Long Term* The individual is responsible for supporting CCAR Program Management Office initiatives across all CCAR Workstreams including Finance, Risk and Treasury. These initiatives will include assisting in advising key stakeholders and teams on key governance deliverables and artefacts and ensure they feed into the overall Program Office frameworks. Individual with assist in the definition and maintenance of the standards of project management and processes within CCAR PMO and act as the first point of contact for any program management queries. Main Duties: Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete Track and report on project portfolio performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive and prioritized view of all projects Provide assistance to maintain and update the project management framework and disciplines necessary to support a PMO Act as a reference point for PMO queries and information and an advocate for best practices in project management Build strong cross-functional relationships across CCAR work stream to enable the PMO to provide support including facilitation, tracking and reporting Understand the deliverables of internal and external PMO clients and contribute to success through cooperative and collegial processes Assist with establishing governance framework including stakeholder management plan and implementation of communication framework Assist in managing Finance resource allocations including adjustments to hiring plans, weekly metric reporting and mitigating on-boarding risk for stakeholders Track and monitor program wide risk and issues log, providing timely escalation to appropriate governing bodies through weekly meetings and reporting artefacts Requirements Essential: 5+ years of strong PMO/Project Management experience (e.g. Business Analysis/Project Management experience in the financial services industry, subject matter expertise in the Finance function of an Investment Bank) Knowledge of Project Lifecycle methods (e.g. Software Development Lifecycle, Six Sigma, Agile, Lean) and understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management Knowledge of Investment Banking and Financial Services products with focused understanding of broader Finance function Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to large groups and senior management Demonstrated capability to take initiative, synthesize information and make decisions in a fast paced business environment with multiple competing priorities Ability to pro-actively solve problems and escalate issues through the proper governance tools and channels Strong PC skills (Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, Project and Visio) strong, polished presence and ability to challenge opinions with confidence and professionalism Preferred: Professional Accounting qualification preferred (i.e. CPA) Knowledge and experience of the regulatory landscape and the changes impacting Foreign Banking Organizations in the USA Regulatory knowledge in one or more of: Basel I, II & III, Dodd Frank, CCAR or general US Regulatory Policy Audit and/or Finance Consulting experience Experience and knowledge of Finance management and reporting / technology solutions *Thanks & Regards* Sunny Mehta Sage Group Consulting Inc.
