Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Trade Processing Location: New York, New York 10041, Role may move from NYC office to client's office in Jersey City 1st quarter 2016 Duration: 6+ months Interview Process: IN-PERSON Interview after phone! Client will want, if interview reaches in-person stage, candidate to have with them examples of BRD's they have authored. Minimum Requirements: - 7+ years Business Analysis/Solution Design experience - Knowledge of institutional trade processing (including Electronic Trade Confirmation, Matching, Straight Through Processing (STP), and current industry initiatives) - Experience with Sell Side (Broker), Buy Side (IM), and/or Custodian middle-office post-trade processing - Must have some SQL skills - Experience preferred with XML, SWIFT messages, FIX protocol, and/or data modeling - Must have experience in Agile/scrum methodology, including defining a minimal viable product, and exposure to other software development methodologies - Proficiency in MS Office including Visio - Familiarity with project management and testing practices - Working knowledge of debt, equity and derivative securities and cross-border processing requirements a plus - Certifications in Business Analysis or Agile a plus - Experience with XML editor, SQL, and/or business analytics a super plus - BS or MS degree required with Computer Science, Business Administration Applicant must meet ALL of these requirements. Description: The main purpose of this role is to collaborate with other functional representatives on an Agile delivery team to build products that end-users highly value, are consistent with the architecture design, and satisfy strategic and business objectives.
