Must have at least one end to end Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation experience. Strong Knowledge on Fusion Functional Setup Manager, Fusion Application security. · Global Human Resources (HR) (base setups to support benefits configuration). Background in Procedural Language/Structured Query Language (PL/SQL) and Fusion Middleware is preferred · Oracle Cloud Benefits Management (all aspects of Cloud Benefits configuration including setup of programs, plans, eligibility, fast formulas, rates, life events and Fusion Transaction Business Intelligence (BI), including total compensation statement generation). Experience in Oracle Fusion Workflow/Alerts, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (BI) · Ability to conduct requirement gathering workshops, CRP, develop proto-types and map Business processes in Fusion Application.
