*Siebel Systems Analyst *

The Systems Analyst’s Siebel CRM role is to plan, design, develop, and
launch efficient business, financial in support of core organizational
functions and business processes within Siebel CRM. This includes gathering
and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed enhancements,
incident management and systems requirements. The Business Systems Analyst
Siebel CRM is also responsible for generating and compiling reports based
on the findings (root cause), complete with probable causes and possible
solutions to systems issues. This individual will apply proven
communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the
benefit of the Siebel CRM application.

*Strategy & Planning:*

·         Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to
define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals,
and identify and resolve systems issues

·         Participate in the design sessions for the purpose of enhancing
business processes, operations, and information process flow

·         Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis
in order to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions


Deployment:

·         Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment
of new functionality, and enhancements


Operational Management:

·         Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives
that address existing and potential trouble areas within Siebel CRM
application & processes

·         Create system design proposals, ensure compatibility and
interoperability of eco-system

·         Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to
provide direction to system programmers

·         Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user
reviews, for changes to the system, and other post-implementation support

·         Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified
and new functionality

·         Perform application administration, configuration, support,
and/or maintenance duties

·         Drive the IT Service Management processes on a daily basis
including Incident and Change Management

·         Manage creation, review, and approval process for BRD (Business
Requirements Document)

·         Maintain Training documents and keep them updated based on
System/Process changes

·         Create/Update Business data in Siebel Application (Products,
Activity Plans, etc.)


Formal Education & Certification

·         College diploma or university degree in the field of business
administration, computer science, accounting, or management information
systems and 5 years related work experience in that role

·         ITIL certification, preferred


Knowledge & Experience

·         Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and
implementation of Siebel CRM

·         At least 2 years of Siebel support and hand on experience as
Business Analyst or System Analyst

·         Experience working in ITIL environment and knowledge of IT
Service Management processes such as but not limited to Incident, Problem
and Change Management and its best practices

·         Understanding of the SDLC methodologies, preferably in Agile
methodology

·         Demonstrated Siebel applications administration and configuration
management /delivery experience

·         Understanding of Release management process

·         Experience in the Health plan industry (Preferred)

·         Expertise in the use of tools: MS Project, Visio, Microsoft
Office, SQL developer

·         Working experience on Elicitation/Requirements gathering,
documentation, creation of functional specifications and business workflows
