Location : CT
Duration : 6+ Months
The candidate should also have specific skills in the following areas:
· Proven project management skills. Ability to identify and
mitigate project risks, and to trouble-shoot and resolve a wide range of
problems.
· Strong experience in implementing Web-based technologies using
Project Management Methodologies and full System Development life cycle.
· Experience with configuring HL7 Message formats and extracts.
· Experience managing project resources, budgeting and financial
reporting.
· Proficiency in using project management and MS Office tools, such
as MS-Project, MS-Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
· Proven ability to lead activities of others to achieve desired
team outcome on schedule.
· Considerable knowledge of principles and theories of business and
planning functions and principles/techniques of business information
systems re-engineering.
· Considerable experience in working with laboratory staff to
enhance modern LIMS functionalities.
Considerable knowledge of laboratory workflows and business
requirements; ability to apply this knowledge to re-design laboratory
business processes.
Considerable ability to identify, analyze and resolve complex business
and technical problems in the laboratory environment.
Thorough understanding of information system design and development
concepts.
Knowledge of Oracle11g database principles, Java, Oracle Internet
Services, IIS Application Server and Actuate Business Intelligent Suite.
Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in collaborating and
negotiating with laboratory, technical, and programmatic specialists.
