Strong hands-on skill with Performance Testing with ability to influence client direction on performance testing • ? Be able to wear any number of hats assigned to you inside the project team, but also know when to say no • ? Being a leader in the project for performance and automation testing to lead the team on what needs to be done • ? Ability to create your own work (limited direction at times) • ? Ability to automate anything you do in order to increase your efficiency in the short sprints • ? Knowledge of load and performance tests based on customer workflow scenarios using Load Runner • ? Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • ? Requirements Traceability knowledge/experience . • ?
