Please find the requirement below and share matching resume to rahul.kushw...@nityo.com *Role : Performance Test Engineer* *Work Location : Pataskala, OH – 43062* *Duration : 12+Months* *Experience : 9+Years* *Rate : $55/hr on C2C all incl.* *Visa Copy must at the time of Submission No OPT, CPT or Transfer Candidate* *Mandatory Technical Skills *HP Load Runner, Performance Center, Network Monitoring Tools *Desirable Technical Skills* Data Creation knowledge, Excel Macro, Performance Strategy *Mandatory Functional Skills* 1-Meet with application teams and project leadership to determine load test requirements and success criteria. 2-Define performance testing strategy 3-Work on development of performance test scripts using Vugen and Emulators 4-Perform analysis of load test results to confirm accuracy and evaluate any performance issues. 5-Coordinate with all development teams to provide performance testing support for release content and schedules. 6-Coordinate with multiple application development, architecture, infrastructure and engineering teams for performance defect resolution. 7-Create and maintain all performance testing artifacts (test plan, data plan, and detailed test reports) 8-Present load test results and analysis project management. 9-Establish a strong presence as a change agent providing innovative, effective, and efficient Performance Management practices and solutions. 10-Hands-on experience with script preparation, execution and usage of Android Emulators for Load Runner scripting 11-Monitor and manage multiple performance test team progress. Test teams will consist of a mix of onshore and offshore team members for the Ecommerce Project. 12-Performance Monitoring and Bottleneck identification of Resource Utilization for Windows and Linux System (Sol, AIX is a plus) using System tools, Introscope 13. Collate and analyse Performance test results from HP Analysis and provide observations and recommendations 13-NFR Review, Analysis, Finalizing the Scope and planning & scheduling of the Performance Tests strategize and Plan NFT activities with various groups (Development, Infrastructure, Database etc.) and secure test environments in advance. 14-Analyzing NFRs and negotiate with stakeholders on scope and strategy *Desirable Functional Skills* 1- Goog verbal and written communication skills. 2- Reviewing supplier deliverables and providing feedback and direction. 4- Preparing and managing the project testing schedule. 5- Preparing and facilitating the implementation of test plans. 6- Managing defects. 7- Ability to react to changing project plans and come up with creative alternatives. 8- Organizational and planning skills. 9- Analytical skills. 10- Ability to work in a collaborative *team-oriented environment. 11- Using and implementing best practice programs with respect to load generation, bottleneck analysis, usage of modeling tools and statistical analysis.
