*Please find the below position,* *Please share Resumes on m...@msoftinc.net <m...@msoftinc.net>* *Job Title : **Sr. Finance Program Manager* *Location* : *Minneapolis MN* *Duration : 6 Months* *Description**:* - This position will report to the Director of External Reporting and will provide leadership, help manage utilization of resources, and establish capabilities to enable and facilitate successful execution of External Reporting initiatives including preparation of SEC filings - This includes (the annual 10-K, quarterly 10-Q filings, and related XBRL exhibits) and annual Irish Statutory Accounts Directors’ Report, Consolidated Financial Statements, and Entity Financial Statements of TopCo Parent). - Manage efforts to coordinate, compile, document, and perform detailed workpaper review of financial information. - This position is actively involved in the monitoring and management of worldwide finance manual policies, including driving the implementation of new or modified policies, procedures, and processes. - Actively participate in managing and leading financial analysis, decision support on complex technical accounting matters, and other special projects, including researching the relevant guidance and partnering with the businesses and geographies to not only provide the appropriate interpretation of the guidance, but also collaborate and influence the identification of practicable business alternatives in an effective and efficient manner. - This position will provide a wide array of responsibilities and leadership experiences and will require the ability to influence and partner with a multitude of organizations and levels (including senior level executives) within Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, Legal, Public Relations, Treasury, Tax, Compensation & Benefits, Controllers’ Council, and Business Units and Geographies. *POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**: * - Lead and manage the External Reporting Team’s preparation of and perform detailed workpaper review of the annual 10-K and quarterly 10-Q filings including financial statements, MD&A, footnote disclosures, and XBRL exhibits to ensure compliance with SEC reporting requirements. Lead and manage annual Irish Statutory Accounts reporting requirements. Accomplish results through effectively leading matrixed work teams. Ensure high quality of work is achieved while meeting necessary deadlines. - Manage various Special Projects for Corporate Finance Management. Special Projects include a multitude of analysis, reporting, benchmarking, and ad hoc requests that require the ability to obtain necessary information from internal and external sources and prepare comprehensive, cohesive, and understandable presentations. - Manage the ERT technical resources for all business partners. Actively participate in advising business partners on complex technical accounting matters, including researching the relevant guidance and partnering with the businesses to not only provide the appropriate interpretation of the guidance, but also collaborate and influence the identification of practicable business alternatives in an efficient manner. - Establish daily/weekly task prioritization and coaching necessary to ensure successful execution of external reporting initiatives. Use influence, knowledge, and experience to help with problem solving and issue resolution. Manage workpaper review. - Actively participate in the development, training, and implementation guidance to business partners on accounting policies and the proper application of U.S. GAAP, including the recent FASB issued amended revenue recognition guidance. - Maintain a high level of understanding of current and proposed/pending accounting and reporting requirements that may impact the company through self-study, outside/web based seminars, and active participation in professional organizations and personal networks. Key contributor to defining new accounting requirements implementation direction and guidance. - Lead and review the External Reporting Team’s preparation of the financial statements for the benefit and retirement plans, including 11-Ks where applicable. - Act as a primary liaison between organization and the external auditors (PwC) for quarterly review and annual audit procedures and special projects. - Lead continuous improvement in the SEC and Irish Statutory Accounts reporting processes and implement best practices. - Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the worldwide finance manual including the creation of new policies as needed. *BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**: * *EDUCATION REQUIRED**: * - Bachelor’s Degree - Accounting or Finance Major *YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:* - 10+ years of business experience (or 8+ years with a Masters’s degree) with emphasis in accounting or finance including 7+ years of public accounting experience *DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:* - Strong ability to translate complex technical guidance and effectively document and operationally implement it within an organization. - Expertise and strong desire in technical research relevant to U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), including accounting standards, financial controls, and other authoritative guidance. Subject matter expert on revenue recognition. - Interest in learning and becoming knowledgeable in preparation of annual Irish Statutory Accounts (Directors’ Report, Consolidated Financial Statements, and Entity Financial Statements of TopCo Parent) - Active CPA - Big 4 experience - Superior oral and written communication skills, including the ability to work effectively and influence key decision makers, including senior level executives - Skillful in formulating strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve high quality results - Proactively partner with a variety of business, functional, and geographic areas to lead financial support and identify appropriate opportunities, risks, and challenges to address - Strong people management skills, effective prioritization and delegation, and leadership ability including high focus on maintaining organization culture that fosters teamwork - Strong organization skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to rapidly changing priorities while consistently delivering on time/high quality results - Must demonstrate good judgment, tact, discretion, and diplomacy in decision making - A high degree of initiative and self-motivation - MBA/potential interest in pursuing MBA *PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS**:* - The physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
