Please let me know availability and updated profile ASAP. *TITLE: OCM Sr. Consultant* *LOCATION: Bartlesville, OK, United States* *Contract * Requisition Details: The OCM senior-level consultant is responsible for helping internal or external audiences prepare for large-scale or project-level changes that will occur as a result of projects or other change efforts. This role focuses on the people side of change, supporting the IT Project Portfolio and strategizing and executing change management plans in accordance with established Phillips 66 OCM guidelines, framework and processes. The senior-level consultant will take guidance from the P66 OCM team lead and Program OCM Lead, the candidate will manage specified change efforts on a major project. Responsibilities may include: • Lead or manage the OCM activities on a high-complexity, transformational, or project-wide change. • Function well in a highly matrixed organization and take direction from multiple sources. • Work directly with sponsors or business owners of the change; understand goals for the change and be able to translate them into impacts to the organization. • Work in concert with the OCM team to help mature the discipline through observation of areas in need of improvement and suggestions for maturing the processes or tools. • Work closely with the project team and OCM Lead to understand specific project objectives, timelines, and impacts to end users. • Assess and manage risks based on adoption of change. • Assess audience readiness for the change including identifying people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance; evaluate the results and present findings. • Assist in the development of an actionable change management strategy for the change based on situational awareness of the details of the change. • Assist in the development or manage communication and training plans that utilize various channels and are consumable by specific audiences. • Execute or manage deliverables against the communication plan, crafting or coordinating clearly articulated messages that prepare and motivate users for adopting the change. • Coordinate with training resources to help ensure users have the knowledge and ability necessary to successfully adopt the implemented changes; deliver training as needed. • Identify resistance and/or performance gaps, and work to develop and implement responsive actions. • Assist in the development of Create and enable reinforcement plans and celebrations of success. • Share lessons learned and best practices with project team, OCM team, business owners, and sponsors. Basic/Required: • Legally authorized to work in the United States. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent active listening skills. • 5+ years of experience supporting an organizational change management effort. • Change management experience in global SAP implementations; MM, PM, PS modules. • Experience in ‘Req-to-Check’/’Procure-to-Pay’ Supply Chain processes. Preferred: • Formal training in an organizational change methodology. • Ability to interact with leadership and staff at all levels; strong personal presence. • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences using various channels. • Ability to develop and deliver clear, concise training materials. • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships. • Strong problem solving and root cause identification skills. • Strong meeting facilitation and presentation skills. • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
