USG direct client is looking* Lead - Performance Testing & Engineering *at* Dublin, OH* *Job Description:-* · Should be able to perform the performance analysis of SAP Systems with sound understanding of OTC, PTP processes and SAP SD , MM modules. · Ability to Plan , Estimate the projects based on NFRs from Performance Engineering perspective, · At least 5+ years of hand-on experience in Load Runner, Performance Center and other performance testing and tuning tools. · Usage and administration of performance tuning and monitoring tools . · Knowledge of performance testing on various protocols specifically HTTP and SAP. Experience in Analysis, reporting and Tuning. *Desirable Technical Skills:-* · Experience with tools such as - Shunra, BSM , Wiley, Sitescope etc *Mandatory Functional Skills:-* · Ability to Plan , Strategize, Estimate effort and Guide Team . · Excellent Communication & Leadership skills, Ability to sail through various level within client organization and excellent stakeholder Management.
