*L2 Support Analyst - Team Member* *Function/Position: MAC Support * *Weehawken, NJ* *MAIN OBJECTIVES & PURPOSE :* The GPS (Global production Services) Security IT Level 2 team provides Level 2 support for Authentication, Identity and Access Management services. The main purpose of these services is to ensure that the applications' users are authenticated (logged in), and in some cases additionally enforce an access control policy to ensure that only authorized users are granted access. This team supports systems that manage request, approval and provisioning workflows of identity and access management as well as maintaining the Authentication and IAM systems overall health. *Security IT responsibilities:* · Level 2 support on all Authentication & IAM systems · Troubleshooting and remediation of issues on SiteMinder · Performing maintenance activities to all supported applications · Perform checks & access reviews with help of SQL query/tool · Ensure incidents/requests are resolved within agreed SLA times · Preparation and involvement in BCM (Business Continuity Management) activities · Application deployment · Identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives across the team · Ensuring Audit/Risk items are flagged and remediated *Required Technical Knowledge & Working Experience:* · Working knowledge of Java / J2EE / Struts 2.0 / jQuery / AJAX / ExtJS / Spring / Compass / Restlet services / JSON · Active Directory setup / admin · LDAP setup / admin · Basic Understanding of Critical Path Meta Connector product · Database (Oracle / Sybase) usage / admin · AIX Server platforms usage / admin · Web & Application Server (Apache / Tomcat / Websphere) setup / admin · Mainframe DB2 MainView tools & utilities (e.g. TSO, SQL, COBOL, JCL) usage · ITIL processes (Incident Management / Request fulfilment / Problem Management) · IT Service Management tools (ServiceNow) · Putty and similar tools · Bash / Ksh / Perl / Python scripting *Essential soft skills:* · Strong written & verbal communication skills, applicable to technical and non-technical audiences · Strong stakeholder management skills · Ability to learn quickly, adapt quickly to new tools / technologies / processes · Flexibility regarding working hours including offhours / weekends · Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. *Qualification & Experience* · Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent · 2+ years' experience within an IT Security / Identity Management role · Experience within Banking or Finance-related IT support Certification to ITIL Foundation level -- Regards, Shivam Dixit Talent Acquisition Executive EROS Technologies Inc. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "USITCV" group.
