*I hope you are doing good!* *I have an urgent position with my direct client, please share resume @ anuj.r...@peoplentech.com <anuj.r...@peoplentech.com>* *Job Title - Open Text Operations Analyst * *Location - Plano, TX* *Duration – 6 months + * *Job ID #9822 * *Job Description* · Ability to design, maintain, and document Content Server environments, including add-on modules, in Windows and UNIX environment. · Ability to contribute to operational “runbook” for Content Server operation. · Can install and maintain a local instance of CS that mirrors a target environment · Usage and understanding of operational monitoring tools as well as vulnerability tools. · Ability to work directly with high-level support resources at OpenText. · Deployment of updates and patches · Manage communication and scheduling of maintenance activities · Maintenance of an operational run book inclusive of license management, versions, hardware specifications and architectural/logical diagrams · Perform daily administration of the ECM Environment, including configuration management, system monitoring and performance, auditing of user actions, review of system logs, search engines and indices proactively for performance, optimization and space utilization and use of monitoring tools · Perform root-cause-analysis, as well as performance management and optimization of ECM Systems · Monitor and troubleshoot to include recovering documents, notification, audit capabilities and system errors *Mandatory experience with the following optional modules:* · Windows server skill set is required.
