*Position:* *CCA Configuration Analyst*
Location:-*Los Angeles, CA*
*We are looking for a **CCA Configuration Analyst in Los Angeles,
CA(Onsite)*
- Configuration tasks may include
- Working with Health Services (i.e., Case Management, Disease
Management, and Utilization Management) business owners to
gather business
requirements
- Using requirements gathered from business owners to build detailed
configuration design documents
- Utilizing the configuration tool to build the content (i.e., forms,
assessments, letters, guidelines, campaigns, etc.)
- Facilitating configuration demos, as requested
- Collaborating with CCA technical resources when custom solutions
are needed (i.e., automated jobs, web services, etc.)
- Collaborating with CCA QA resources to remediate defects
- Desired Experience and Skillset:
- Experience in a technical healthcare environment
- Experience configuring medical management systems (Specific
experience with Clinical Care Advance is preferred.)
- Experience developing systematic communications (i.e., letters,
etc.) (Specific experience with the TCS tool is preferred.)
- Experience working with QA Tools (e.g., HP Quality Center, etc.)
- Excellent oral, written and analytical skills
- Proficiency in translating business requirements into detailed
design documents
