USG direct client is looking for *Sales Force Business System Analyst *at* Jersey City, NJ* *Looking for only local profiles who can come for f2f* *Job Description: -* · Support daily administration of Salesforce.com and related systems' databases and interfaces including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations. · Collaborate with management, key business contacts, and end-users to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validations, and approvals. · Develop and create customized reports and dashboards. · Provide application users with technical support. · Drive clean-up efforts of Salesforce.com, including updating of page layouts, removal of fields, validation rules, and deprecated system functionality. · Assist Team Manager with the development of technical documentation, training of end-users, and requirements gathering for new CRM customizations. · Partner with a wide variety of departments to drive CRM best practices and improvements.
