*Primary Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:*



·         Assisting in building and maintaining a scalable Salesforce
structure

·         Look for opportunities for better processes and enhancements to
the system while maintaining a “clicks not code” solution mentality
wherever possible.

·         Create and maintain page layouts, workflow and validation rules,
email alerts, record types, sales processes, record types, business
processes, etc.

·         Create and maintain reports and dashboards for front line Users,
as well as executive management

·         Experience with AppExchange and managed packages, as well as
integration to other systems using tools like Jitterbit

·         Be the gatekeeper to our sources of information, including
Salesforce records

·         Manage new user set-ups and deactivation, including transferring
ownership of Accounts/Contacts/Opportunities for deactivated users

·         Maintain data quality by identifying, deleting or merging
duplicate records, and assisting with best practices in cleansing and
updating inaccurate data

·         Assist in the implementation of security practices by monitoring
login and user activity, auditing fields, profile access, security
permissions and de-activating unused users

·         Maintain high-level familiarity with other IT system & business
application capabilities and scope definition in order to make
recommendations about potential upstream/downstream integration or
functionality intersection points.

·         Communicate with and provide training material for SFDC Users and
internal team understands all aspects of SFDC configuration and
technical/functional capabilities

·         Communicates regularly with the SFDC designated super users to
support them in their role and provide information and training on new
features and functionality.

·         Communicates regularly with SFDC Business Owner and other
stakeholders to ensure functionality meets needs and ability to develop and
maintain ongoing project plan.

·         Maintains updated system documentation and SFDC
policies/procedures



Daily Duties:



·         Execute configuration changes

·         Large data migration and clean-up projects which require SFDC
Data Loader and Excel

·         Perform new release evaluations with Business Owner & execute new
functionality roll-outs

·         Maintain SFDC Case and Request Queue by promptly responding to
User questions and requests for administrative support, solve the issue or
forward on to the correct resource.

·         Modify the sharing model as required and maintain naming
conventions of picklists, report folders, dashboards, etc. to improve
system usability.

·         Modify Leads and Case setup, including creating and managing
existing E2C / Web-to-Case and Web-to-Lead functionality

·         Create and manage email and mail merge templates / modify list
views, reports, and dashboards / import and update campaign data



Requirements:



·         2+ years’ experience with Salesforce

·         Experience gathering detailed and complex business requirements,
business process analysis, and solution design.

·         Experience working in an agile development environment

·         Experience with Sales and Service Cloud, and 3rd Party
applications.

·         Comfortable with Dataloader, Excel, and other complementary tools
for use with Salesforce

·         Experience with internal and cross-functional teams to find the
right declarative Salesforce solutions to complicated business problems

·         Experience with entire project lifecycle while working
independently and communicating to stakeholders throughout the process

·         Experience with Enterprise level administration of Salesforce

·         Experience developing code using both Visualforce and APEX, is a
plus

·         Experience with Marketing Cloud, RemedyForce, Steelbrick,
Communities, is a plus
