*Position:** Business Project Manager Remote*
*Location: But must be 3 hours with Tampa, FL*
*Duration: 6 Months+*
*Need GC/USC/EAD candidate only for this position.*
*POSITION SUMMARY*
- Manages and participates in the evaluation, selection, functional gap
analysis, design, construction and implementation of key strategic and
regulatory projects.
- Responsible for creating detailed project management plans in concert
with key stakeholders and acting as Project Lead when necessary.
- Works to develop/execute project work plans and provides
organizational assistance and guidance as needed on large, complex and
highly visible or complex projects.
*PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES *
· Manages all the project artifacts and updates AT TASK in
support of the Project Leader.
· Proactively communicates projects status, issues, and risks
· Work collaboratively with all key stakeholders and staff to drive
project tasks and milestones.
· Responsible for creating end-to-end project plan that includes
all impacted functional areas.
· Develops and executes/manages approved project work plans and
budgets, and arranges for necessary project resources.
· Assigns work, monitors progress, resolves problems and provides
periodic status reports to the Project Leader Director
*ATTRIBUTES / QUALIFICATIONS*
· Healthcare background or experience in a Healthcare setting is
preferred
· Business oriented PM preferred
· Candidate will possess excellent communication (verbal/written),
proofreading, organizational and interpersonal skills.
· Strong research and facilitation skills.
· Ability to analyze and resolve multiple tasks to meet tight
deadlines
