*Location - Charlotte, NC* *Duration – 6+ months with possible extension* *Interview: Phone and Skype* Minimum Qualifications: 6+ years of Business Systems Analysis or Software Design experience 6+ years of experience working within Financial Services/IB organization 4+ years of hands-on Business System Analysis Minimum 4 year BS/BA or equivalent college degree Experience with Syndicated Lending, Agency or Loan Trading Experience supporting Front Office (Traders and Closers) users Knowledge of Loan IQ application and Loan IQ DB schema Proficiency in SQL (ability to create complex queries) Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to convey abstract concepts in simple terms and to structure and organize material for ease of use Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, ability to work directly with the business users on different levels Ability to work in team environment and independently and to evaluate and set priorities as work is in progress.
