Title: *Infrastructure Administrator, Messaging Exchange Engineer*

 Location: *The Woodlands, Texas 77380*

Duration*: 1 year*



*Max PR:* $40-42/hr (Do not exceed)



*JOB DESCRIPTION:*



Provides client support for global customers who are using messaging and
unified communication tools which include Outlook, Lotus Notes, Blackberry,
iOS, MOC, Live Meeting and Lync.



*RESPONSIBILITIES:*



·         Resolve client issues for Microsoft Outlook and its
synchronization to mobility devices i.e. BlackBerry & iOS.

·         Resolve client issues for unified communication tools such
Microsoft Office Communicator, Live Meeting and Lync.

·         Participate in trend analysis of client problems; perform root
cause analysis as input to determining team improvement activities.

·         Test and implement changes in the Outlook client support
environment.

·         Develop and maintain technical knowledge base for support work.



*REQUIRED SKILLS:*



·         Prior experience in an Infrastructure engineering/design role for
Exchange 2013 - Experience with Office 365 preferred

·         Ability to independently provide consulting/design components for
and to participate in large high risk global projects or activities

·         Knowledge of Active Directory, MS SCOM, IIS

·         Manage work activity ensuring that end-product or service is
delivered on schedule and within scope

·         Experience with server scaling and configuration techniques,
including configuration and management of a highly integrated global server
topology

·         Programming experience with one or more of the following: C,
JAVA, HTML, Javascript, Visual Basic, TCP/IP, Powershell

·         Flexibility and enthusiasm to work on a global team with
teammates and customers from many different countries

·         Willing to work in shifts. Group support hours are 24x5, follow
the sun model.

·         Experience with Outlook & Exchange support.

·         Experience with unified communication and mobility support - iOS,
Blackberry, Live Meeting, MOC & Lync.

·         Experience with using any incident tracking application.

·         Experience with Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, etc.

·         Experience in customer support.

·         Have flexibility and enthusiasm to work on a global team with
teammates and users from different countries.

·         Ability to learn and apply new technologies and skills to help
customers.

·         Good interpersonal and English communication skills.

·         Ability to prioritize, multitask and respond quickly to urgent
requests.

·         Ability to work independently on tasks assigned.
