Job Title: Windows System Engineer, Physical Security Applications Duration : 6-12 Months -- -- Locals only Location : CA Description: This individual will be part of the IT organization and will have a strong background managing enterprise, highly available SQL and Windows Server infrastructure, applications and networked devices. *Prior experience implementing and validating Disaster Recovery architecture,* as well as building and utilizing tooling to manage networked devices a major plus. Role includes partnering with the Global Physical Security organization SME’s, vetting and validating new applications, existing application upgrades and devices in lab and production environments, including global access control, biometric readers and CCTV environments. Responsibilities: -*Maintain VM based SQL, Windows Server lab environments, also ensuring the production environment design is stable and highly available* -Physical Security application and device release manager, thoroughly validating changes in preparation of production deployments -*Drive application, device network compliance efforts, particularly around IPv6 and 802.1x,* prior experience building device tooling a major plus -Solid understanding of *network design concepts and tooling* -Assist with proof of concept deployments, troubleshooting new technologies -Assists with working through escalation tasks assigned to IT Security Engineering -Part of team oncall rotation Requirements: - BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience - 5+ years interfacing with SQL Server Databases - Open source tool chains (like gcc, maven, groovy) is preferred - Prior experience with enterprise security access control, CCTV applications (CCURE 9000, Genetec) strongly desired - 3+ years’ experience with two or more of the following requirements preferred: Network/TCP-IP programming PowerShell scripting Software development tools (Git/hg/perforce, build/integration, testing tools) *Thanks & Regards,* *Ahmed* *Exatech Inc* yahe...@exatechinc.com <mohammed.ab...@exatechinc.com> 4758 Forest Ridge Dr, Mason OH 45040 www.exatechinc.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "USITCV" group.
