*Position: Data + Business Analyst with Cognos BI tool* *Location: Carlsbad, CA* *Duration: 6 months* *Key Skills:* · Data + Business Analyst who has a decent experience on BI tools - Cognos most preferred. · The candidate needs to be senior (7-8 years’ experience) who is capable of talking to business users to understand their requirements (rather than someone who codes by the specs given to him) and is able to recommend and develop right solutions (reports) preferably using Cognos. · Strong Data analysis skills · Strong on SQL Query, PL SQL, Oracle · Strong communication skills · Strong business analysis skills · Role we need is data analyst (with Cognos user skills preferred) but most of the work will be working with business on defining requirements, doing data analysis, identifying gap on data and suggesting ETL and new data feed changes to support the business for reporting.
