· Write, test, and deploy clean and maintainable code
· Pair program 80% of the time
· Mentor junior members
· Work on a distributed team
· Collaborate closely with other departments
· Lead short-term project creation teams
*Qualifications*
· 4 or more years of web development experience. Involvement in all
phases of the development life cycle.
· Experience with Ruby, Elixir a strong plus. Experience working
with distributed service architectures, comfort with RabbitMQ a plus. Pair
programming experience. Aware of emerging technologies and comfortable
making cases for their value to the business.
*Functional Experiences*
· Functional - Information Technology/Application development/4-6
Years
*Education*
· The highest level of education desired for candidates in this
position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
