Please find the requirement below and let me know your interest.. *POSITION* *Sr. Web Designer* *Philadelphia, PA* *6 Months* *Description* Our client is seeking a Senior Web Designer who will be responsible for the design, development and creation of user-centered designs for websites. You will also be responsible for human factors engineering, heuristic evaluations and usability testing for Web and client-based applications, as well as metrics setting and monitoring for assessing the usability of the Web Application. *Required Skills:* · Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Graphic Design, or other related field; or, equivalent work experience. · 5 years of combined IT and graphic design experience. · 5 - 8 years of front end development experience building accessible, cross-platform websites and Web Applications. · Must be knowledgeable of user-centered design methodology, user scenarios, usability testing, storyboarding, paper and interactive prototypes. · Must have demonstrated skills in graphic applications, HTML development tools and other applicable authoring tools, Web production, front-end development using programming and scripting languages. · Must be able to integrate design into program rules and system architecture and create innovative approaches to improving the end-user experience. · Strong understanding of HTML and strong working knowledge of Web generators and photographic libraries. · Must be familiar with platform/ browser compatibility and basic usability issues. · Possesses a portfolio of websites or solutions. · Experience with JavaScript, HTML and/or CSS; ability to write JavaScript code without a framework. · Experience with at least one JavaScript testing library (Jasmine, Mocha, Chai, Sinon, etc.) and Test Runner (Karma, Teaspoon, Web Component Tester, etc.). · Must have experience building Web Applications. · Experience with or exposure to Web Components and Polymer preferred. · Knowledge of the following is desired: NPM and Gulp; source control systems (Git, Subversion); Continuous Integration and Deployment tools (AntHill Pro, Jenkins, Travis CI); and/or, Web Performance best practices. · Experience with Analytics and Big Data (Omniture, Splunk) is a plus. · Agile development and/or DevOps experience desired. *Thanks and Regards,* *Shilpi Bisht* *Sr. Technical Recruiter* *IDC Technologies* *1851 McCarthy Boulevard, Suite 116|Milpitas, CA , USA, 95035* *408-459-1965 [Direct]* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "USITCV" group.
