If you are not interested in this position, please let me know if you have any friends who would be interested..... *Here are the new job details:* *____________________________________________________________________________* *Job Title: **Symantec Security Engineer-CCS-DLP-DCS* *Job Locations: Moorestown, NJ [ 100% Onsite]* *Duration: 12 + Months Contract **[Potential Extensions]* *Phone/Skype* *Job Description:* =========================================== Required Skills: - A senior security Consultant/Architect with a strong experience in Information security management of End-point systems - Must have experience with Engineering and Administration of Symantec CCS, Symantec DLP - Good to have experience on Symantec DCS - Experience on Compliance assessment of IT assets against industry standards - Knowledge in information security and security principles including control and governance, information security related risk, regulatory, audit and compliance experience - Should have minimum 10 + years of related IT security experience - Ability to effectively co-ordinate with stakeholders from the Compliance/Systems Administration Team for compliance reporting and troubleshooting the agent failures on Windows, Unix platforms. - Working knowledge of security and control management best practices - Must have the ability to learn quickly and comprehend many technical and business concepts - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience in power shell scripting (Must have) Responsibilities: - Engineering and Administration of CCS, DCS, DLP Application infrastructure for managing security posture of Servers, Workstation, Databases and Network devices. - Participate in analyzing and designing security solutions for server and end-point systems on security controls needed - Developing solutions to align existing security offerings and tools to identify sensitive data risks to mitigate loss through DLP - Engage and work with the various business units to gather sensitive business unit data for possible protection using industry standard DLP toolset - Create new DLP Policies and review existing policies and the associated rules for the feasibility of blocking, quarantining, and/or encrypting data prevention actions on the DLP platform. - Create and Manage custom policies for performing compliance assessment of IT assets against PCI, SOX & Corporate standards in CCS & DCS - Automation and integration for maintaining the agents health for successful assessment - Research, interpret, develop, maintain, and apply compliance regulations and control descriptions for the assessments - Set up IT Security related best-practices on Security Controls assessment and remediation and provide directions for IT Security related technologies - Evaluate remediation plans and provide consultative support as to the interpretation of regulations and their implementation - Collaborate with Internal Audit as a technology advisor on information security controls assessment process Desired Competencies: - Professional security management certification preferred such as a CISSP, CISM or CISA Must JD: · Excellent experience in Symantec Control Compliance Suite ( Must Have) · Excellent experience in Symantec DLP (Must have) · Experience in other endpoint solutions (Good to have) · Experience in endpoint security architecture (Must have) · Excellent written and verbal communication (Must Have) · Experience in power shell scripting (Must have) Regards.
