The right candidate will have a professional sensibility and a strong desire to learn and master new concepts and technologies. A passion for fashion retail and/or design as it relates to technology is ideal. Position Qualifications: A passion and curiosity for technology. Proven knowledge of technology in the creative space: Current or former artist/designer, experience supporting the creative community, etc. Fast learner with an open mind. Understanding of workflow/process mapping and technical/visual spec documentation with the necessary adaptability to apply that understanding to new technologies and situations. Analytical and technical skills with a business acumen, including the ability to effectively communicate (written and verbally) to partners and internal customers. Ability to gather, synthesize, and document business requirements. Experience developing and running test plans. Special consideration for those who have experience in customer service or quality assurance. Highly organized and self-driven. Special consideration for those with an understanding and/or experience in the retail soft goods industry, Adobe Creative applications, Digital Asset Management (DAM), CAD Softwares, Textile Design/Development, Color Technology, PLM, SLDC, and ERP System Integration.
