This person will be working in the Reporting and Data Analytics Department within the Big Data organization. An ETL Developer is needed to develop integration workflows to support the Enterprise Master Data Program. *Minimum Requirements:Experience:* - 5 years plus experience with Informatica. - 3 years plus shell scripting experience. - 3 years plus SQL query-writing experience. - 1 year plus experience with PowerCenter. - Experience working with and able to demonstrate knowledge of complex Informatica transformations. - Experience working with very large data sets in ETL projects. - Experience working on Unix platforms - AIX - Experience in ETL performance tuning / optimization. - Experience with Informatica command line utilities. - Experience drafting ETL specifications. - Experience developing complex ETL mappings. - Experience developing and deploying SSIS packages in an Enterprise environment. - Track record communicating issues and follow up through issue resolutions. Education: BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience, preferable in Computer Science or Information Management Systems. Applicant must meet ALL of these requirements. *Description:Position Objective:* Review and analyze business data requirements for data warehousing, applications and Business Intelligence (BI) and Business Objects (BO) Reporting systems. Review and analyze Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) requirements for database, application and reporting projects. Design, develop and support ETL processes using Informatica, Synscort DMX-h and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) tools. *Skills:* - Excellent Customer Relations - forms productive relationships with customers and development teams. - Excellent writing and communication skills. - Excellent analytical skills. *Knowledge:* - Strong knowledge of ETL concepts especially as applied to Informatica Synscort DMX and SSIS. - Strong knowledge of data analysis, data transformation, conceptual data modeling, data transformation and meta data management. - Strong knowledge of data design for various applications. - Strong knowledge of SQL. - Good knowledge of various RDBMS, Mainframe. - Good knowledge of Project Life Cycle methodologies. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Strong knowledge of Unix and Unix Shell scripting. - Experience with Enterprise Scheduling tools such as Control-M is a plus. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "USITCV" group.
