- Strong Unix/Linux Security: Knowledge of available controls
and Hardening systems in compliance with standards – knowledge of controls
such as CIS benchmarks
- Knowledge of Host-based security tools in Unix environment
(e.g. HIDS, FIM for Unix)
- Web-app security
- Knowledge of SSL/PKI
- Knowledge of LDAP & Kerberos based authentication at Unix and
App level, federated authentication methods such as SAML,
Multi-Factor-Auth technologies
- Fundamentals of NW Security
- Compliance and Risk assessment experience
*Desirable*
Database hardening best practices
Specific experience in securing large scale infrastructure
automation is a plus (e.g Ansible Tower, Cloudforms, SDN infrastructure
such as OpenStack)
Experience with SE-Linux is a plus.
