*Duties and Responsibilities:*



   - Develop detailed project schedules with resources encompassing all
   areas required to complete the Manhattan WMS project. All schedules will be
   reviewed with the resources and sign off of the responsible tasks. Weekly
   reporting of on time, upcoming, late and critical tasks are to be reported
   in the weekly status meetings with the team
   - Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project
   costs using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep the
   project plan accurate, updated, reflective of authorized project changes as
   defined in the change management plan, and facilitate customer acceptance
   - Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in
   order to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify any
   variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all
   stakeholders
   - Execute the tasks as defined in the project plan in order to achieve
   the project goals. Follow up and report on incomplete tasks immediately
   - Develop communication plan; identify key project team members by
   defining roles and responsibilities to create a project organization
   structure in order to develop the communication plan
   - Implement the approved actions and workarounds required to mitigate
   project risk events in order to minimize the impact of the risks on the
   project
   - Conduct a kick-off meeting with all key stakeholders in order to
   announce the start of the project and review the overall project plan and
   gain consensus
   - Establish project deliverables; record detailed customer requirements,
   constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders in order to establish the
   project deliverables, using requirement-gathering techniques (e.g.,
   planning sessions, brainstorming, focus groups) and the project charter
   - Define prioritization process; define the portfolio component
   prioritization process using appropriate criteria (e.g., dependencies,
   resource capacity and capability, technology) in order to sequence
   portfolio components
   - Communicates project plan and ensure a common understanding by setting
   expectations in accordance with the Project Plan, in order to align the
   stakeholders and team members
   - Develop project team and improves team performance by building team
   cohesiveness, leading, mentoring, training, and motivating in order to

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years managing multiple mid-sized (6 - 9
month, $500,000) projects simultaneously.  End to End Project Management
experience is absolutely required (have to have a proven track record
driving projects from start to completion).  This organization has recently
adopted the Agile methodology, though are not leveraging it in its pure
form.  This resource must have 3+ years managing technology projects
leveraging Agile Methodology, but can't be "all agile all the time".

*Job Description:* SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Analytics Project
Manager with skills and tangible, hands-on proficiency to lead global
Business Intelligence, Reporting and Analytics projects & programs. The
project manager will interact with various stakeholders and business
partners across multiple functional organizations to better understand
their processes, data flows and priorities to deliver their information
needs & requirements by collaborating with various IT teams. The project
manager will manage the on-going expansion and deployment of our Global
Commercial Analytics (GCA) platform, focusing on specific reporting needs
in the US in conjunction with the roll out of the

Local Revenue Management Framework (LRMF) application. The GCA platform
comprises global and regional data stores offering traditional cubes,
standard dashboards and self-service BI. The Commercial Analytics Project
Manager will be responsible for delivering enterprise wide analytics
platforms utilizing a mix of established business intelligence
technologies, powered visual analytics, dashboards, reporting and advanced
analytics capabilities. The candidate will work closely with Business
Analysts (BAs), internal customers, dedicated technical developers and
architects to drive on-going analytics initiatives from requirements
gathering and gap analysis right through to stabilisation of the delivered
product. He/she should be a confident self-starter able to manage complex
projects across multiple countries and regions and be hands on and close to
daily activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities Leads project teams
throughout all phases of the Business Intelligence / Software Development

Lifecycle (SDLC). Define and manage achievable project and resource plans
in a fast moving and dynamic environment. 2/3 Plans, manages and keeps
control over key project milestones, metrics and success factors. Ensure
project objectives and scope are clearly defined, understood by impacted
stakeholders and approved by Global Commercial Analytics board. Focal point
and trusted BI & Reporting advisor for stakeholder group; first escalation
point for stakeholder teams. Communicates BI roadmap, project status,
issues and risks and proposes / presents resolution and workaround options.
Effectively manage internal and external communications in both verbal
(i.e. day-to-day discussions, team meetings) and written (project charter,
objectives, status reports etc.) form by targeting messaging to audience
and ensuring commitment to objectives. Manage execution of factual
requirements gathering including qualitative and quantitative techniques,
business process mapping and troubleshooting. Coordinate solution analysis
and design with the entire project team including business analysts,
architects, developers and infrastructure leads. Participates in
organization-wide BI process improvement initiatives to fine tune our BI
delivery approach and best practices. Supports regular analytical needs for
our business stakeholders (i.e. data mining, data analytics, etc.). Applies
advanced project management and quality / process improvement methodologies
to assure uniformity, standardization, repeatability and scalability of BI
solutions. Coordinates and participates in solution testing to guarantee
high quality of BI solutions, ensuring compliance to validation and testing
requirements, including appropriate documentation. Ensures appropriate
training of users, helpdesk & operations team at the end of each project /
release, including transfer to support function. Runs project post mortem
analysis to capture improvement ideas for future projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS Education / Experience Bachelor degree, Masters preferred,
in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business
Management or similar discipline 5+ years of experience in BI analytics
project management and leading teams in a virtual / global or similarly
structured organization Understanding and applying of advanced project
management, quality and process improvement methodologies and leading
complex global, cross-functional projects and programs Must be able to
define, shape, and drive projects to completion while effectively
collaborating with others Experience managing third-party external business
partners and their technical teams in the support & implementation of BI
and analytics solutions Experience working on all SDLC business processes:
requirements, design, development, testing and deployment using Agile
methodology Strong analytical and problem solving skills; must be able to
solve complex business problems and present recommendations to senior
management effectively Strong customer focus and ability to handle
difficult stakeholder and project conversations; interact with multiple
levels of the organization and functional disciplines Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills, work ethic and the ability to work

Mastery in English (written, verbal, presentation) is a must, including
excellent presentation skills Understanding and experience with big data
technologies and platforms is highly desired Functional experience across a
range of commercial business processes with an emphasis on profitability &

is a plus Experience in Medical Device or other regulated industries is an
