deep understanding of best practices for:

- Understanding of omnichannel
- Development experience in Lightening/understanding
advantages/disadvantages of using it
- Service Console Toolkit for scripting
- Multiple years’ experience using Github
- Understanding of security/encryption concepts and vulnerabilities of
what to avoid
- Error/exception handling best practices
- Understanding of change control for Salesforce code
