*Title*: Business Analyst – POS *Location:* Westborough MA (Only locals or nearby) *Domain: *Retail *Company: *BJ’s *Start: *February *Duration: *Until October/November *Interview Process: *PS then Onsite *(maybe just onsite)* *Important Skills:* *Technical – *Use Cases, Testing, Requirement gathering, POS, Toshiba Ace *Soft –* Organized, Self-starter, strong oral and written communication, roll with the punches They are seeking a BA focusing on a *Purchase of Sale system (POS) – Toshiba Ace*. He does have a preference for Toshiba Ace (will consider non-local candidates), but will look at candidates with a strong POS background without it. He does want to make this contract to hire but does not have the approval to do so. *The reason for the need:* they need to enhance their POS system’s capabilities in order to support their other new systems that all flow through it. *This Role:* he called it an “in the weeds” role. This person will be in the thick of it doing use cases, requirements and testing. They will be working closely with their Lead BA so no need to be too high level. This person also needs to be able to roll with the punches. They will be working with Toshiba as a vendor and the POS team.
