Location: *Sacramento, CA (Local only)*

*Position Summary*
Functions at the expert level performing analytical work in the design and
development of architecture strategy, oversees the implementation of
technical infrastructure and technology, and provides the architectural
direction and guidance to enterprise systems, and may act in a lead
capacity or may participate with other analysts on projects of a complex
nature or broad scope.
*Requirements*
- 5 years experience in electronic data processing systems study,
design, and programming; 3 years of said experience shall have included
responsibility on a project basis for analyzing operational methods and
developing computer programs to meet desired results, 2 years of said
experience must have been at a high level both technically and in measure
of responsibility.
- 5 years of experience working as a solution architect, in providing
solutions that aligns with enterprise architecture and aligns with business
process in use.
- Frameworks, Application Architecture & Application Integration
- 5 years of experience in reviewing various software frameworks like
web application framework, java script frameworks and recommending based on
a set of customer provided criteria.
- 5 years of experience developing, maintaining and enhancing complex
and innovative programs using Java (J2EE), JSP/Servlets, JavaScript, JDBC,
BEA Weblogic.
- 5 years of experience developing, maintaining and enhancing complex
and innovative programs using XML, CSS and HTML.
- 2 years of experience working with Angular JS, Bootstrap framework and
JQuery.
- 5 years of experience with Oracle 11g, PL/SQL, SQL.
- 3 years of experience writing JUnits, Mockito.
- Spring with MVC Framework, Spring batch, Spring rest api and Spring
Web Services.
- 5 years of experience with Eclipse IDE tool.
- 3 years of experience with Clear Case; Clear Quest or similar
configuration tools.
- 5 years of experience facilitating JADs and conducting design and code
peer reviews.
- Performance tuning techniques in writing SQL.
- 3 years of experience with Rules Engine and Business Process Execution
Languages like Oracle SOA Suite, Drools etc.
- 2 years of experience on reporting tools like Cognos Reports (Cognos
SDK), Jasper Reports, etc.
- 2 years of experience with Adobe LiveCycle or Adobe Experience
Manager. Well versed in developing Adobe forms.
- Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Adaptive Access Manager, Oracle HTTP
Server, Oracle Identify manager.
