ROLE OVERVIEW:

* PeopleSoft Upgrade Specialist 6-8 Yrs exp ,

* 2 to 3 years in lead role for a Upgrade & Support project.

* Experience in independently handling PeopleSoft 9.2 Upgrade for
PeopleSoft HCM/FSCM/CRM  9.2



A : Mandatory Skillsets

 1  *Experience in performing end-to end PeopleSoft 9.2 Upgrade*


* 2  Experience in PeopleSoft Update Manager ( PUM)  3  Experience in DPK
 4  Experience in Upgrading PeopleSoft Application having Oracle & DB2
Database*
 5  Strong Analytical & Troubleshooting skills
* 6  Installation, administration, troubleshooting of Peopletools 8.4x8.5x,
Tuxedo,  Weblogic in windows Unix platforms with Oracle & DB2 as Database*
 7  High-availability, Load-balancing and failover configuration at every
layer of PeopleSoft application
* 8  Refresh, Integration Broker  Security of PeopleSoft application*
 9  Change control management using Application Designer, STAT i.e. Project
Migration  Script execution
 10 Tax update experience.
 11 Peopletools, Weblogic, Tuxedo patching and bug-fix application
experience
 12 Experience in Secure Enterprise Search SES setup and administration
 13 Experience in Tidal job scheduling, monitoring and troubleshooting
 14 PeopleSoft application performance tuning and metrics measurement from
database, OS, networks and storage
 15 Co-ordination in Oracle Database patching, configuration
troubleshooting
 16 Co-ordination in OS patching, configuration  troubleshooting
 17 Experience in Handling PeopleSoft support team
 18 Proficient in Application Upgrade Planning
 19 Documentation versioning  control experience

20 OS  Windows Unix scripting
21 PeopleSoft Performance Monitor setup, administration
22 Effort estimation for adhoc activities
23 Activity planning and execution
