Should have experience managing direct report App Devs. (should have little or no infrastructure PM experience, should be all APP DEV). *The current project is for a mobile application development effort*. This resource is expected to manage the client and work extensively with stakeholders in the organization. This role requires both Project Management and Business Analysis experience. · Influence decision making with both business and technical teams to gain cross-functional alignment to achieve on-time execution of initiatives. · Drive execution of all phases of this mobile application development Project. Project Management considerations include, but are not limited to: scope, risk, quality, change management · Manage competing demands relevant to scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality; and differing stakeholder requirements and expectations. · Manage dependencies, resource constraints, and issues across the project(s) including change management or business process challenges that create project risk. · Perform all aspects of project cost management – estimating, budgeting, and cost control, tracking and reporting. · interview end users/stakeholders and liaise with the internal development team on a daily basis in documenting technical/functional requirements. · Excellent documentation skills are a must have for the role. Must have prior experience in leading status meetings, designing screen mock ups, developing process workflow diagrams, etc.. Main tools being utilized will be primarily MS Project and Visio. · Candidate must also be comfortable in an environment that is not providing much day to day direction, the candidate must be able to provide leadership and direction to the client on how to achieve their goals. · Experience on a Mobile Application project would be highly preferred.
