SR. HRIS Consultant. in Mountain View CA . This is a 8-12month contract position. This key role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the HR systems, (the core HR application is Oracle HR), as well as supporting the interfaces from Oracle HR to all other HR systems and downstream systems within or outside the company. This role is also responsible for the integrity of all HR data and HR management reports including, headcount, new hire, turnover, government reports and numerous types of ad hoc reports. *Minimum 4-6 years HRIS experience (or MIS, supporting Oracle HR). Prior experience with Oracle HR is a must. Oracle HR implementation experience is a plus. Prior experience with iRecruitment, Compensation Workbench, Success Factors and Hyperion is a plus. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.*
