*Active Directory Sr. Specialist* Job Responsibilities: Performs installation, customization and maintenance of the Active Directory environment. Performs system software installations and upgrades system software changes. Provides advice, training, and technical support to customers, leaders, and support staff. Establishes and maintains security and integrity controls. Monitors the health of the AD Environment to achieve optimum performance levels and makes preventative adjustments as necessary. Provides in-depth diagnosis for AD Environment and develops solutions. Completes AD projects as assigned. Creates and maintains documentation on the client's AD environment. Determines strategies and standards and provides planning documentation. Required Skills: 8+ years of experience in the design, architecture and support of Active Directory. 8+ years experience in DNS and WINS Knowledge of Networking hardware infrastructure and principles Vbscript experience Desired Skills: 3+ years experience in Edirectory or IDM support and design. 3+ years experience in the design, architecture and deployment of Windows 2003 servers. SCOM 2007 experience Other scripting languages such as Kixtart, Perl, Powerscript Ability to manage projects with little supervision and direction.
