JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1) Bachelor Degree with 3 years experience OR Technical Certification or College Courses with 4 years experience OR 5 years experience. 2) Experience with Mainframe. 3) 3 years of operation project lead experience 2 years experience Object Oriented application development or support/maintenance. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 1. Siebel experience with Server installation, configuration & Administration 2. Siebel 7.x Certification. 3. Experience with Siebel 7.x performance Tuning techniques 4. Experience with Siebel 7.x load balancing techniques 5. Experience with Siebel 7.x High Availability techniques 6. Experience with networking concepts/technologies/principals 7.2 + years hands-on knowledge of server hardware (Windows/AIX) 8. Hands-on experience with LAN operating systems (Windows NT, Unix, etc.) 9. 2 + years experience managing/administering/operating appropriate systems and Database (DB2) In additional if the candidate has any experience with the list below it is a BIG PLUS 1. Must have experience with Siebel Data Model and EIM. 2. Experience with relational database concepts, structure, SQL programming etc. 3. Experience with Siebel Analytics / other OLAP tools. 4. Siebel ETL / Informatica / Data warehouse experience is strongly preferred. 5. Experience with data conversion, extract, transformation and load utilities/programs. 6. Experience with Unix/AIX scripting.
