Oracle EBS OAB techno-functional consultant Location: Parsipenny, NJ Rate: $65/hr Duration: Long Term (1 Year) Project Start date: IMMEDIATE Responsibilities include: * 5 + years of experience with Oracle Advanced Benefits * Completed at least 4 Oracle Advanced Benefits Implementations (Lead Role) * Must experience working with different Union Group Benefits * Production Support experience in Oracle Advanced Benefits * Should have worked on "WHAT IF" modeling (for OAB) * Ability to work well in a team environment * Prepare for and execute the open enrollment process * Write functional designs for new objects to meet gaps in Oracle delivered functionality * Troubleshooting application and interfaces including bug fix(s) * Open and work Oracle Service Request * Configure OAB including program(s) and plan(s) set up, life event configuration, updating rates and eligibility benefit rules * Write and debug fast formula's for BEN * Setup / modification of BENSS and BEN Certification process * Identify and document new business requirements as required * Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them as required * Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions * Interact with near shore development team for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions * Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts * Support clients with the execution of test scripts * Provide status and issue reports to the IT Manager - HR Applications on a regular basis * Strong written and oral communication skills * Strong interpersonal skills Thanks Neeraj IDC Technologies Inc.
