Skills: Technical Skills: Familiarity with Caliber/Mercury and other test tools for planning, monitoring, executing test cases. Experience testing in health care industry. Able to understand the business and validate the systems against the business requirements. Preferred: Understand in Data modeling concepts, and support utilities, TOAD (or other data query tools), SQL, conceptual knowledge of XML. Professional Competencies: Heavily analytical. Ability to understand business requirements and validate the design for the technical systems. Strong team orientation. Self directed and mature. Problem solver. Clear documentation and communication. Demonstrated, Recent Experience Working On: Large and/or complex project. Experience with experience with healthcare implementations; actively participate in project design, build and test efforts; Technical knowledge; Attendance of all mandatory project meetings; experience managing technical staff.
