Assures end product meets project objectives. Takes a lead role in testing complex changes or new systems and also owns and drives all types of tests (functional, data integration, performance, regression, ..). Develops/maintains test methodology and also mentor the team members on test methodology. Participates on projects as subject matter expert (SME) from SQA group as point of expertise for testing and quality assurance.
