Program Managers ( 2 Positions ) Location: VA
Duration: 6months Rate: $40/hr Must have ITIL Certification Duties: Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of multiple help desk projects, and provides a single point of contact of these projects. Takes projects from concept through final implementation and operations. Coordinates activities and exchanges information with all project stakeholders. Recommends and takes action as needed to ensure project success, or as directed by the COTR. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans and status reports. Responsible for project tracking and analysis, deliverables and overall project quality in the areas of cost, schedule and performance. MUST HAVE EXP: Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Help Desk with 10+ staff, Experience running 24x7x365 call centers, Experience with Help Desk consolidation, Experience with BMC Remedy, Strong verbal communication skills, Ability to write clear instructions, document processes and communicate effectively in writing, Effective interpersonal skills including, consensus building and facilitation skills, Proven project management on Federal Government Projects Nasir Mohamed Account Manager Limrah Systems, Inc.
