Start ASAP, go through End of November, maybe longer Support development and re-launch of new website; currently scheduled to launch around Labor Day or mid-Sep Onsite in CA; this client is NOT flexible about remote/offsite work (we would do an all inclusive rate) Ability to work in chaotic environment Ability to derive functional requirements from high-level business requirements - there is no formal tech spec and no formal functional spec - must be able to work with client PM and business stakeholders on this Here is what we need: . Vignette VCM 7.3.1, DSM 2.0.6, VBIS, CCE a. CMS Runtime API b. DSM/DPM/DRM API d. VPS Extensions (Locale, Inline Links) c. Listener, CTD, CIF, workflow development 2. J2EE (Servlet/JSP/JSTL/XML/XSLT) 3. Frameworks: Spring, Acegi, Log4j 4. Front-End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, GWT 5. Databases: Oracle 6. Third-party Integration: Endeca, Omniture, Scene7, Bazaarvoice, Digital River, Channel Intelligence 7. Development Tools: Ant 1.6.5, Eclipse, CruiseControl 8. Application Servers: WebLogic 8.1 9 Web Servers: iPlanet, Apache 10. Environment: Solaris, Windows XP/2003, VMWare The candidate is expected to perform the following job functions: 1. Develop/maintain a. Presentation templates using the DSM API. b. VCM listeners c. Content type definitions d. Workflow e. Content migration scripts 3. Integrate the CDA with third-party services and vendors 2. Perform DSM site and content migrations between VCM environments. 3. Configure and install the Vignette VCM, Content Delivery Service (CDS), and Delivery Agents (DAs) 4. Troubleshoot Vignette issues 5.
