Experience with** **Binary Tree Migration server, Binary Tree Coexistence server, MS** **Transporter Suite on Notes and/or SQL a plus.** **Roles and Responsibilities:** **Provides effective production server support including accurate problem** **identification, ticket documentation and customer/vendor dialogue. Provides** **SME level expertise with DPM in backing up and restoring data for an** **Exchange 2007 e-mail environment. Performs all technical program tasks with** **minimal supervision. Can troubleshoot problems that involve trade-offs** **between cost containment and or timeliness of service. Articulates the** **business value and impact of technical and non-technical information and** **understands when to escalate issues.** **Analyzes, develops, tests, implements, and supports corporate and client** **area technology requirements.
