Provide quick response and turnaround time for idoc failures, coordinate resolution through various support and business teams. SAP technical background or consulting expertise is not required. *Skill Sets* * Knowledge of Supply Chain/Logistics related business processes, food industry experience is a plus * SAP knowledge, EDI and/or SAP super user experience is a plus * Ability to work across multiple functional IT & business groups * Proven learning agility in new and fast paced environment *Required Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Management Information Systems, or related fields * 1-2 years experience in related business or IT area. * Computer literacy in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) * Highly organized, self-motivated, self-managed, with excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills * Able to work remotely -- Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
